At VOIGHT, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original VOIGHT packaging and include any promotional inserts or gifts that were part of the purchase.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
